We were about to head out to a Taylor Swift boat party in Toronto, and I was still debating what to bring with me. I knew my Insta360 was coming for sure, but after a few back-to-back crazy trips and a wedding less than a week ago, lugging a big camera didn’t seem like the brightest idea. At the last moment though, I caved - and brought it along.
We sailed away from the dock, with people dancing and singing to Taylor’s lyrics (swifties really are the best crowd, in case you didn’t know). Then, right in the middle of Lover, a circle formed with everyone cheering, screaming, and waving with excitement. It took me a few seconds to realize what was happening, since my wife and I were hanging out closer to the bar (haha). Another five seconds to run and grab the camera. And there it was: a super romantic proposal, on a boat, in the middle of Lake Ontario, now forever in my collection.
