If you’re planning a branding shoot and feeling stuck on where to do it — don’t worry, I’ve got you.

I’m Maria Vasserman of MS VISION, and one of my favorite parts of being a personal branding photographer in Toronto is helping clients find the perfect space to bring their vision to life. Whether you want something minimal and clean, cozy and creative, or bold and editorial — Toronto is packed with stunning options.

In this guide, I’ll share some of the best branding photoshoot locations Toronto has to offer. Each one has its own vibe, and I’ll help you find the one that feels like you.

Mint Room Studios (and Preto Loft)

These iconic spaces are known for their dreamy light, elegant furniture, and versatile rooms. Mint Room has everything from romantic, airy setups to moody editorial corners. Preto Loft is its darker, moodier sister — perfect for bold brand vibes.

Studio Bon Soleil

A newer gem with high ceilings, whitewashed brick, and a calm, minimalist aesthetic. Bon Soleil is great for creatives, wellness professionals, or anyone drawn to natural light and simplicity.

OBJX Studio

This space is fun, modular, and full of personality. You can build sets, play with color, or go for a cozy, lived-in look. Great for brands that are artistic, offbeat, or content-focused.

LOVT Studio

LOVT is intimate, versatile, and beautifully styled — with a neutral palette that suits just about anyone. It feels like shooting in a stylish friend's home (in the best way).

Wade Studio

A modern industrial space with concrete floors, clean lines, and large windows. Wade Studio is perfect for creators and entrepreneurs who want something sleek and professional.

Glass House Studios

With floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful furniture, Glass House brings elegance and glow to every photo. If your brand leans elevated or luxurious, this one’s a winner.

Studio Atelier

Small but mighty, Studio Atelier is a bright and versatile space for personal brands that want clean lines and a cozy setup. The styling is modern and thoughtfully curated.

Mild Studios

This space is known for its softness — gentle textures, pastel tones, and cozy setups. Mild Studios is amazing for coaches, therapists, or brands focused on calm and connection.

Mararamirohome

A warm, lived-in space with incredible design details. Perfect for creative entrepreneurs, designers, or lifestyle brands who want authenticity and character in their images.

Studio Plus Four

Minimal, spacious, and full of potential. With neutral walls and great light, this is a blank canvas you can make your own — from clean portraits to styled flatlays.

Archive Studios

Moody, high-design, and artistic. Archive Studios is ideal if you want an editorial or high-fashion edge to your branding session.

Casa Bona

A natural-light gem in the west end. Casa Bona feels like home — with soft colors, clean decor, and a cozy setup that makes clients feel comfortable and at ease.

Studio by House

Bright, modern, and editorial. Studio by House offers beautiful styling and refined details that elevate any branding session.

Icon Studio

A versatile west-end studio with great lighting and enough space for full set builds. It’s great for multi-look shoots or collaborative sessions with teams.

Outdoor locations in Toronto

Toronto is full of inspiring outdoor backdrops that can add energy, movement, and authenticity to your branding session. Here are a few of my favorites.

Financial District

Perfect for sleek, professional shots with dramatic lines, glass, and stone. The mix of modern and historic architecture is great for service-based businesses, consultants, and creatives looking for that urban edge.

Commerce Court

This hidden gem right in the heart of downtown has beautiful light, symmetry, and quiet elegance. It works especially well early in the morning or on weekends when it’s less busy.

University of Toronto campus

If you want a mix of old-world charm, tree-lined walkways, and stunning buildings — U of T’s downtown campus is a dream. Works great for lifestyle, wellness, or academic-related brands.

High Park or Riverdale Park

Want more of a nature-based feel? These parks offer lots of greenery, open space, and dreamy golden-hour light. Ideal for wellness pros, coaches, or brands focused on calm and connection.

The Distillery District

Cobblestone streets, historic brick walls, and cute cafés — this spot offers character and charm in every direction. Bonus: it’s usually decorated for the season, so you get a little extra flair.

Heads up: Many outdoor public spaces in Toronto require a photography permit, especially if you’re using professional gear. Don’t worry — I’ll guide you through that and help with the process if we go that route.

How I help you choose the right space

Not sure which one is right for you? I’ll help you figure it out. As your photographer, I take care of location scouting, vibe matching, and making sure your brand personality shines through.

Here’s what I do:

  • recommend the right space based on your goals and aesthetic
  • help you book, prep, and plan your shoot around the location
  • create a moodboard so we’re aligned before we start shooting
  • make sure the studio or outdoor location works with your outfits, props, and brand

When you shoot with me, you’re not just getting pretty pictures — you’re getting a personalized, supportive branding photography experience that’s tailored to you.
